North Cell Pharmaceutical, Inc. and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare have entered into an Option and Development Agreement regarding North Cell’s Skin Resuscitation Factor^TM (SRF^TM ) technology for use in certain applications. The further details of the Agreement remain confidential.

SRF^TM is a patent applied for technology that can be added to products in order to enhance product performance and the healing of any lesions or wounds associated with the underlying skin condition being treated.

North Cell Pharmaceutical is a pharmaceutical development company that is developing new wound healing technologies, anti-viral technologies and anti-cancer technologies. Skin Resuscitation Factor^TM and SRF^TM are trademarks of North Cell Pharmaceutical.
